Hi Nouman,
1) you'r setting a reference to a worksheet but by my understanding all data are located on the same worksheet. That means Target.Worksheet is your worksheet; no need to reference it by name.
At the moment I can't see any direct error. It should work.
2) Have you tried debugging your code yet? If not, that should be your next step.
Place a breakpoint by placing the text cursor on any line (with code) and press F9; the line should now be marked. Make sure you mark a line of code that can definitely be reached; So, for example, do not mark a line within an if-statement, unless you are interested in exactly this if-statement. Then edit a cell in your worksheet that should trigger the WorksheetChange-Event.
Now the code execution should stop at your specified breakpoint / the code editor should automatically be brought to the foreground. Continue executing the code step-by-sep via F8. With F5 the code continues to execute normally until the next breakpoint is reached.
That way you can find out why your code doesn't behave as you think.
